Finding the right
name isn't easy. And finding one that's legally available is even
harder.
Screening names for meaning, pronunciation, usage and relevance is one
thing - checking them against what's in the local and international
marketplace is quite another.
Depending on how your brand will be used, and where, different rules
apply. Sometimes you'll need a business name, sometimes a company name.
Most of the time, a trade mark is in order. If you plan to trade
overseas, then registering the name as a trade mark is possibly the only
choice you have. And the best decision you can make. Check out
R for more.
As part of the briefing process, we'll discuss the legal aspects of
creating a brand name and then help you with whatever you need to make
the right choice. We'll also help with choosing the right domain name
for the brand.
